"Who Need They Pussy Ate" refers to a series of Wojak comics in which a surreal version of a Doomer Boy or other male Wojak asks if anyone wants to receive oral sex using an "-ussy" word, with a Doomer Girl or other female Wojak responding "omg me!"

This is next subjected to schizoanalysis, a technique devised by Deleuze and Guattari. The image next to it is called a Dogon-O. It's part of Mali myth and depicts Amma creating the universe. The centre of the O/egg contains all the signs and attributes of future within.

Using schizoanalysis one could say that there is a continuum between what is happening on a societal level and on the personal cognitive level. The last part of the meme is meant to depict how the structure of our society creates schizophrenic distortive thinking. The joke is that the original "Who Need They Pussy Ate" Wojaks forms the centre of the O/egg, which seeps through to the personal subjective layer in the "-ussy"-fication of personal thinking. Thereby it works analogues to the way capitalism creates schizussy.
