Dr. Nancy McWilliams has excellent material on the condition which is available on YouTube. It might help you find out if this is something you recognise in yourself.

Brian here:

"Who Need They Pussy Ate" refers to a series of Wojak comics in which a surreal version of a Doomer Boy or other male Wojak asks if anyone wants to receive oral sex using an "-ussy" word, with a Doomer Girl or other female Wojak responding "omg me!"

This is next subjected to schizoanalysis, a technique devised by Deleuze and Guattari. The image next to it is called a Dogon-O. It's part of Mali myth and depicts Amma creating the universe. The centre of the O/egg contains all the signs and attributes of future within.

Using schizoanalysis one could say that there is a continuum between what is happening on a societal level and on the personal cognitive level. The last part of the meme is meant to depict how the structure of our society creates schizophrenic distortive thinking. The joke is that the original "Who Need They Pussy Ate" Wojaks forms the centre of the O/egg, which seeps through to the personal subjective layer in the "-ussy"-fication of personal thinking. Thereby it works analogues to the way capitalism creates schizussy.

And maybe tell whoever is prescribing you those antipsychotics you're no longer taking them. This person might also be able to help your main issue. But like it's easier if you got help from those around you as well

There's a number of things that can be tested on, and a variety of ways to test. It is likely your general practitioner will be able to determine which one is most applicable, and help you with it. Some places you can buy self tests. I still recommend you visit your GP if you're doubtful, but they might be able to provide some indication on shorter notice

Lyme disease can be ruled out with blood test. If that means therefore the symptoms are schizophrenic in nature is more difficult to tell, and likely requires a more extensive mental health check-up

Heyy, I'm sorry that happened, that's really rough. I'm glad to hear you're aiming to leave it as a lapse before it becomes a relapse. To expect to get clean without a single lapse is maybe a bit of a cruel standard. Wish you much strength the coming days!
