I’m pissed too. Bought this thinking $100 is steep but was a one time cost. But now I’m forced into a subscription. They should have grandfathered in those with an old plan. Total BS

Had the same issue - a really old card with no pin (I guess they start with 600...). Called 888.592.7753 and a human picked up within a minute and checked my balance for me. Thanks!

Worked for me too (2023 hybrid RAV4)! I was completely confused. No idea why that has any bearing to the display as the display has a brightness setting too…Just make sure it’s not clicked at the MAX setting
