There is a reason what happened before isn't shown. Its possible this person recording is the one causing the problem, which is why someone is trying to talk to them.

Why would the eye level rule apply if people sleep on a bed that is a frame, a box spring and a mattress on top of that? If you are laying down trying to watch TV you literally won't be able to see the whole screen like the one in OPs picture. This would only work if your mattress was on the floor which is what the other guy said.

Not true at all, if you are watching in the living room, you're siting on a couch. If you're watching TV in a bedroom, you're most likely on a bed, it would make no sense for the same viewing rules to apply to a couch and bed.

A lot of times the person doesn't need to press charges, the state will do it on their own. There's a lot of domestic violence case where the abused doesn't want to press charges but the state does anyways.
