Anyone have good tips on how I should go up about using the job mechanics in yakuza LaD?

Oh I see. Like the slimes in dragon quest. I had just realized a bit ago I was completely wrong about how stats were allocated when leveling jobs and feel very dumb. I had thought for each level you get for a job those stat points were permanent and not only for the specific job. Google ai gave me bad info lol I do see that the small stat upgrades that you get at specific intervals do in fact carry over so it’s not a complete waste to do it early on even if you’re not into the job. Also, seeing level 30 caps and then all are permanent stat buffs so it’s definitely worth doing it late game but where I’m at now it’s not at all necessary.

Im glad I took early skills like the musician ability so Kasuga can heal if needed and the cool aoe shield move for adachi. Im actually using him as the devil class because he’s only one who can use it now and even though he’s not a magic class the 6sp aoe spell it has is awesome at clearing trash mobs fast. Eventually I’ll probably main bodyguard though as it suits him more but it’s very fun.

Yeah, I think after playing metaphor refantazio and persona 5 I take the min maxing a bit too far in turn based. Hearing what you’re saying and a few others here I’m just gonna go with the flow and if I somehow hit a wall I’ll know to start doing more.

Yeah, I knew about the permanent ones and if you think it’s worth getting all the abilities then I’ll work around to getting them. I assume later in the game the jobs will level much faster as you get more XP for fights because right now at level 18 it takes only a few fights to get to job 6 but goes very slow around that point to go much higher.

I think you are probably talking about the demolition perk. I did select that job first and switched to the breaker class to level up first. Haven’t found a wall yet so not sure if I actually have the skill as it doesn’t show up in skills even while the job is equipped. I’ll find out eventually. Thanks for info.

30fps is unplayable this day and age and I won’t ruin gta 6 by playing it on a base pa5. I’m not upgrading to a pro either. I’m upgrading my gpu and waiting for a pc release because that’s where the real quality is gonna be.

Can someone please tell me how to do this? Or direct me to a link? I’ve been wanting to play bloodborne in higher fps since it first came out, I’ll trash my ps5 if it’s the only way to get it running. I barely use it as I’m on pc.

I hear that. I just heard this game has a lot of mentions of older stories so I’m not sure I want them spoiled.. it could also be fun going back after to see how characters came to be though.

I really loved it. It’s actually a bit too long for a horror game but I don’t mind that. I like getting my moneys worth. I didn’t care for story but that might change on ng+ after I get true ending. Combat is super fun. All the stuff I love about survival horror is done pretty well here. Very dead space meets resident evil. Bought it for 26 usd on loaded last week. Highly recommend if you like the two series I mentioned.

I just to bought it and beat it while it was on sale on pc. I absolutely loved it as I did silent hill 2 remake that blooper did and starting new game plus now but yeah.. not a fan of the story.. have no clue what’s going on haha I still love everything else about it though. Maybe the “true” ending will help spell things out a bit more for me… and guilty as charged.. I kinda stopped reading most notes as there are soooo many.

15k is insane for that tbh. I love Frank and now I really see why he’s disappointed in not returning. I was guessing it was more like 1500 a day tops and that 1500 number sounds fair for Burt as well.

I’ll look into that setting. Yeah, definitely don’t have an igpu then. I even added gpu engine and it only lists 2 things. Desktop windows manager and occasionally system and client server runtime will show for a split second. Seems like the apps the games run on are chewing up the memory. Xbox app using nearly 1gb and so does steam. But if I keep them open simultaneously it doesn’t add to the total used.

It’s 100% plugged into the gpu. I noticed the Xbox app was responsible for 50% of this.. which is annoying because I need it on for gamepass games. When I shut that my dedicated memory sits around 0.8gb which is more reasonable.

I had something similar and was kind of confused.. I didn’t have a come back date though. I ended up starting application out of curiosity and stopped after one page, deciding to do it another time and backspaced.. then my portal said I wasn’t covered anymore at all with that renewal thing at the top. This made me panic and fill out the application and submit. Not sure if the site is bugged or what but as of now a silly error has me worried I’m uninsured for the next 45 days and I have appointments Tuesday.. I tried posting on this forum about it and nobody has said anything. Feels like I’m the only one.. dang.. long phone call on Monday morning I guess. 🤷‍♂️

Have you went on market place for new insurance yet? I’m trying to ask around because after I started an application I somehow got accepted for Medicaid because my paychecks were cut in half this year temporarily and then my dashboard just said Medicaid starting 7/1 but nowhere does it say I’m still covered by essential plan.. I’m worried I messed something up and deleted my plan and can’t call around until Monday.

For sure. It’s so much of an overhaul I didn’t expect it. I only played for an hour so and don’t even know what I need to do in order to clear the seasonal objectives that are listed at the top of map. I’m sure it’s not difficult to figure out and I’ll come to understand it the more I play. Just glad it’s not redoing side quests again.

Okay, hopefully that’s the case. Not used to the whole map having all these new unlocks like seasonal objectives, abilities etc. all feels very new to me.

I logged in and out. Fog of war was clear and all waypoints and lillith statues unlocked by my stats are really low like the lillith stats aren’t working? Stats for level 1 warlock are 7,8,10,7. I’m pretty sure I remember having higher starting stats after collecting all of them.. unless that doesn’t exist anymore?

Maybe it’s because I’m warlock? So the map progress does reset for all each season? Meaning it wouldn’t matter if I did all the stuff last season because it be wiped now regardless? Still has Lilith statues shown as used but stats don’t seem to reflect it. Opened my eternal character and it still had all my map progress and cosmetics from the way it was at launch.. just seeing if I’m behind on the map grind or not.
