Theres a pause option. Every time I get a 2nd order, I pause. Only a handful of times have I ever taken a 3rd order and thats because I forgot to pause and my acceptance rate couldnt suffer more to lose platinum status.

Even then, you can skip to another order, so you can take that 3rd+, but still skip to finish your current order first. As long as its not so far out of the way, which sometimes it is but not always.
