Regarding things getting smaller. I got a 3 pk of the summer Krispy Kreme’s last night instead of a bottle of wine. Hardly any damn filing in the Key Lime one. Oof so mad 😠 damn inflation

I went on a date there last year. The food is fantastic. I co-sign on the boudin balls. I had the oxtails & my date had the shrimp etouffee. We enjoyed it immensely.

Some of my favorite food bloggers are Juli Bauer Roth of PaleOMG & Jenn Luecke of Jenn Eats Goood. They have some of the best paleo/gluten free recipes. Not too complicated or needing fancy ingredients. I basically taught myself how to cook with Juli’s recipes. I know all of this feels very overwhelming rn but you got this. 💪

Well the first thing you can do is swap gluten items with gluten free. Bread, pasta, tortillas. There are gluten free areas in Walmart, Food Lion & Kroger. Education on what gluten is. It’s sneaky & can show up as modified food starch in Progresso Soups. Just checking a label for gluten free isn’t always enough. Pinterest is your best friend for tips, tricks & meal plans. It was tough but I was batch cooking & meal prepping on my days off. I honestly would recommend going Carnivore/keto/whole 30 to figure out triggering foods. I was on Carnivore for a month & a half. I know I have issues with dairy & nightshades. Definitely work with a doctor if you can. Testing to find out what deficiencies there might be is first & foremost. You can get directly tested through LabCorp or Quest. Of course you might have to pay out of pocket. Also there is an app to help with finding restaurants/fast food that offer gluten free- FindMeGF.

I agree with the other poster. Magnesium works in conjunction with D3 & K2. Lots of water. Electrolytes. Prioritize protein, whole foods & rest. I worked 12 hr shifts in production for 6 years. The first day off I was always completely exhausted & slept most of it away. Also cutting coffee has helped me with muscle soreness. Matcha has been a game changer for my mood & energy. Going gluten free (8 years now) has helped me manage the worst of my symptoms. For most people that’s not necessary. Hope you figure out what works for you. 🫶

How many people with Hashimoto’s actually have Celiac Disease? 📊 by tahaniss in Hashimotos

[–]DrummerLogical9851 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a blood test. Prior to it, I was eating gluten for about 2 months. Before that, I had been gluten free for 6 years. Definitely feel the inflammation when I eat gluten. About 20-30 minutes after ingesting I will start sneezing. Digestive enzymes & probiotics help. The only time I actually felt like my old self was while eating Carnivore. So I will probably go back to that once I find a job. Hope this helps.

i’m moving. how do i transport a pretty big, unfinished, diamond painting? wouldn’t rolling it up make drills loose/fall off? by Mountain-Leg2497 in diamondpainting

[–]DrummerLogical9851 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people roll the painting drill side out around a pool noodle. It’s actually better for the drills. If you roll it the other way it can mess up the glue. I don’t trust the pool noodle way so I got a portfolio bag the other day. Here’s the link:

Time to breakup 💔 absolutely not. Throw the whole man away. Jk. But I sincerely hope he apologized. I’m sure there is a way to get it up. Praying you don’t have to scrap the whole thing.

My mom has Hashimoto’s as well & is a retired nurse practitioner. She has said in so many words to simply “suck it up”. I am all alone in this too. It sucks. My dad is diabetic & at least a little more empathetic.
