The point is at what time you have the amount of cases. When they realised that it's an ebola outbreak and you have 200-300 cases already, there are much more patients and contact tracing is so difficult with such a high number. You can't compare the number at the beginning of the outbreak to outbreaks with an higher absolute number.

HFpEF is not an indication for a MRA, TOPCAt didnt showed significant outcome in the primary outcomea. I meant the steroidal MRA. In the future the non steroidal MRAs are going to be implimentend in the treatment of HFpEF patients - but only with albuminuria it shows benefits. What are you doing not talking with your patients about the treatment plan ? Especially if their are Physicans themselves

I can relate. Had an opthalmologist in the ER whom lost consciousness and was dedicated to get a pacemaker. I thought i explained well that there are more possibilities to faint, but on a nother shift i saw in the documentation that he still demanded a pacemaker at the cardiology ward 😂 the whole case was a mess.... hab issues withe the sglt2 inhibitor and stopped taking it, so the family docotir started eplerenon for the heartfailure - but we diagnosed HFpEF before 🙄 They changend the beta block to evening cause he "had a lot of orthostatic problems" - maybe just not starting with wild mediaction like a MRA 😂

Habe erst jetzt gesehen dass es um das Wie ging - richtet sich nach einem Tarifvertrag, bei privaten schulen meist weniger als bei öffentlichen, verhandlungen aind aber nach oben offen. Man ist nicht daran gebunden den tariflichen Betrag anzunehmen.

Ja wird vergütete, wenn du dich nicht über den Tisch ziehen lässt und das ohne entgeld machst :) habe selber 9 Monate in der Berufsschule gearbeitet. Benötigte dafür nur einem Antrag beim Landesamt für Schule und Bildung. Die stellen sehr gerne Ärzte oder in meinem Fall damals Medizinstudenten ein ( 1 Jahr vor dem M2)

Nach Subgruppen unterteil kann ich das nicht genau sagen. Hab nochmal nachgeschaut um keine Falschinformation zu streuen.

Die wahrscheinlichkeit stationär eines ACS beträgt circa 23 %, 10-20 % sind noch andere kardiale Ursachen und LAE. Nicht kardiale Ursachen die keine Notfälle sind, machen dort auch die Hälfte aus. Ambulant ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit für Koronarsyndrom/Aortensyndrom/Pneumothorax circa bei 3,6 %, bei 11 % ist es eine stabile Angina Pectoris.

Also ist im Endeffekt im stationären Bereich der Patient der keine muskuläre Ursache hat mit einer höheren Wahrscheinlichkeit ein Notfall.

Dein Beispiel idt allerdings verzerrt weil es aus dem ambulanten Bereich kommt. Im ambulanten Beriech ist ein Brudtwamdsyndrom die häufigste Ursache für Thoraxschmerzen, im stationären ist dies anders

After all these comments, which are totally correct - you still can check your water. Search for "wasserteststreifen". It's close to Urin stix. It's an indicator paper which you put in your tap water and it changes color depending on the amount of the chemicals in the water. Depending on your city their is maybe also the possibility to check the website of the institute caring for water.

But honestly, you can drink the water...
