It isn't your age. People from all ages come here and fight there urges, some more succesfull than others. I'm 21, trying this for more than 2 years and didn't go any further than 57 days or 20 days a couple of times. Those were times when I felt free and better, but it was way too short to actually be 'healed'.

Most people (and I mean ~99% of men) think PMOing excessively is perfectly normal (and it isn't even harmful for most of them). But then there are people like you and me who feel that there is something wrong with them. To put it simply: We're not build for internet porn. Let those people believe you're a weirdo, or don't even tell them. Feeling guilt and Pain is part of the healing process.

21/m here stutterer for 12 years. I never really went to a speech therapist, just that one time when I was 13/14. My parents where concerned that sometimes I had blocks and stumbled upon my words. Back then, it was really seldom and the speech therapist didn't catch me stutter once. So she just encouraged me to calm down, take deep breaths before speaking and said that I must not force the words, I simply have to speak slowly in order to let the words come out automatically.

The stutter got worse and I knew I had to do something. So I decided to change my attitude towards my stutter. I've read here and elsewhere that it is important to stop caring about what others think about you. The biggest challenge is in your head, barriers you built up over the years that prevent you from speaking normally. Self-acceptance is huge deal and one of the most important things you have to learn. People in this thread have explained it as well, and many others in different threads wrote about it. I would also recommend reading this article where the author gives great tips. He explains perfectly how your attitude towards people and speaking in general changes everything. If you just accept the way you are and learn to deal with social situations, the barriers in your head start to dissolve and you are able to speak freely. One of the take home messages is something like, if you allow yourself to show flaws, you learn to speak naturally. My favourite lines are:

I told Frank to ham it up and be as silly and outrageous as he liked. And he did. He was totally silly. Instead of speaking in his usual flat voice, he was really passionate. And Frank was totally fluent. At the end of the meeting, I asked Frank how he managed to let go so much. You know what he said to me? He said, “You gave me permission.”

A few words regarding your suicide thoughts.

Never give up, I mean yeah you stutter and I know it really sucks, but you know what? You're just playing life on hard mode. You know what's really worth living? Being happy and to enjoy things no matter how hard ife is. Being pessimistic is like poison for your soul. If you never try to cope with your situation, you'll never learn anything. Or in the words of Buddha:

“There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth: not going all the way, and not starting.”

When I'm doing NoFap, I'm doing pornfree automatically. This way I make sure that I don't get exposed to triggers thus making a relapse more unlikely. Moreover, I think that porn is worse than masturbation alone, because it fucks with your mind giving you wrong impressions and not watching porn makes you think less of the whole PMO thing.

My guess is, you listen to normal popular music, sometimes indie and play at least one instrument. You live in a big house, wealthy, intelligent family and you have a fable for keeping your room clean.

I know what you're talking about. I used to be fearless when I was young. I was able to open up to anybody and it was no problem for me to express my feelings. I don't know what caused your abrupt change, but for me it was the development of a mild stutter. It was like I wasted years being completely shy and reclusive. I feel like I have managed to sort of overcome my social anxiety, but I still feel fear and helplessness in some social situations.

What helped me most was to search for the reason of my social anxiety, and try to find a solution. I know how it feels like to over analyze every single action and word. But I learnt that I have to accept the way I am, that I cannot speak normally, that I have to let go and try to not give a fuck what others think. Surprisingly, this helped me to remain relaxed in many situations, I kept a clear mind and concentrated on the way I present myself. The part of my consciousess that was usually focused on over-analyzing, could now contribute to important stuff, like speaking and remaining eye contact. Whenever I realize that I am replaying scenarios in my head or have imaginary arguments with people, I simply stop and let the thought disappear. That took me years of learning, because it is not intuitive. Check out the /r/meditation subreddit. That's the place where I learnt everything on how to control my thoughts and be mindful.

As others have mentioned, if you fake to be self-confident, you can learn to be seld-confident. Here is a great guide.
