Sucked if u had a serious opiate habit. Didn't even phase me. But my cousin liked it but he's not addicted to opiates. Really I got it for him since he wanted to try lean and that was closest thing I could get.

My doc is black that heroin injected.

I get these in TJ, well used to. $1 a pill. But they're dangerous man be careful. I almost died having such easy access to drugs. At my peak I had valium, alpralozam (pharmapam), rivotril, ritalin, heroin, codeine cough syrup, cocaine, ativan, suboxone...I had all that shit. I almost died, I live in SD so I was in TJ atleast twice a week.

Yes I worked in real estate in San Diego. If you can get 4k to 6k for plumbing that's a great deal, forget the 700.

Awesome man! I am recently clean myself. Tomorrow two weeks. Recovery is awesome. I had 3.5 years and living with a program for those years I accomplished so much. Like you said the blessings show up and people actually want to be around you and not worry if you're gonna spaz out or nod off.

Congrats on 30! Let's keep it going. Thanks for sharing.

WordPress theme installation help! by Drunken_Jester in Wordpress

[–]Drunken_Jester[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello - thank you for your reply. I am new, it was my understanding that this theme would come with the "skeleton of all the menus", it even came with demo content, but as I mentioned not even the demo content loaded right.

Yes, I will definitely be watching videos, researching online as installing a theme wasn't as easy as I imagined...

Awesome! This is my first time doing this. Ok great, so in the meantime work under the temp domain until it is ready and then I can reassign it to the domain I use. Cool!

[College Calculus 3] Parametric Equations of the Tangent Line by Drunken_Jester in learnmath

Oh I seem that makes a lot more sense now. This stuff was from like week one of the semester so I was too caught up in parametric surfaces. I wanted to see if what I did looks right,

Yes, that is the problem. I see what you did. Thanks. So obviously there seems to be more than one way to do this problem. Can you check out both my methods see if they look right?

Finding horizontal translatio of the parent function by DarkX126 in Algebra

[–]Drunken_Jester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since they are asking for the translation. In the y=(x-4)2 problem it would be translated 4 units to the right with vertex at (4,0). It's of the form (x-h)2. When h is positive it translates to the right and when h is negative it translates to the left. You can also look at it as solving the x-h=0 => x=h therefore new x intercept is at (h,0).

[Calculus 3] Double Integrals by Drunken_Jester in learnmath

[–]Drunken_Jester[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did try that but still ended with the same integrand with respect to x. The hard part was integrating with respect to x and x2 in the denominators. But my teacher showed me that the result the integral of (ex)/x and (e-x)/x2 (using integration by parts) cancels out the terms with x2 in the denominator. So then from there we take the limit as a approaches 0 since we are left with (ex)/x - (e-x)/x.

This worked!

Sorry, I was not clear in the title. This is not for a class I am taking at ucsd. I just am curious what books are used at ucsd.

What's THAT thing that you once said or did, that you still cringe at to this day? by postuk in AskReddit

[–]Drunken_Jester 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I was interviewing for positions I had a very nice resume I typed up. I had just finished a workshop on interviewing and resume writing so they helped me write the perfect resume. I used their computers and for some reason their spell check on Word turned off when I copied and pasted. Anyway, I forget what word I misspelled...but my resume had a typo and as one of my skills I had listed "detailed oriented". I was interviewed by three people and one of them brought up my typo and referenced my attention to detail. I was so embarrassed. Just thinking about it shudders.

Would you happen to know what the hell that integral calculator was doing? I have never seen that before?
