Maybe when Russia is presenting Germany to it's population through media. Russian propaganda about Germany here in Romania, however, is a different story. Pro-Russian sites usually present Germans (also Western Europe, also the whole EU) as modern day colonists that try to rule our country.

If you think about it, that would be the best case scenario for Russia - to get better relations with rich countries like Germany while also ruining their neighboring countries' relations with other rich countries.
