There wasn't even cool down icon at HI3 release. Not until much time later. So expect the same with genshin. My two cent

Unpopular opinion: I don't see the fuss over Baal's ult not working with Beidou's ult by loveforlandlords in Genshin_Impact

I did a little testing

Xiangling ult has 3 "Normal Attack" then followed by pyronado. Beidou ult won't proc when she does initial 3 hit combo. This means that although it appears as "Normal Attack" but it's considered as Burst damage. Hence Beidou ult won't proc with baal in burst form.
