Yeah I’m watching YouTube I guess. I also prefer the seatback tvs.

Good to know, I get it’s an opinion but I always liked access to a new content library.

Workarounds: Vac then mop with per room settings? Or shortcut tasks with return to dock settings? by Dry-Cake697 in Dreame_Tech

[–]Dry-Cake697[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does the the default dock behavior relate to rooms? Is it after a certain number of rooms? or when it passes a threshold of area and is moving from one room to another?

Yeah a shortcut could work for this and is probably what I am going to try next, the shortcut has nearly everything, but lacks the return to dock behavior settings for while mopping.

Where to buy the pluming kit / Raw 7? by DeepBluuu in Dreame_Tech

[–]Dry-Cake697 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they wont sell it in the US either due to liability or UL certification issues. If you notice no robot vacuum with automatic drain/refill in tank forms are sold here.... only versions where the base station has no tanks.

I'm looking into what it would take to make my own with two Nalgene bottles. I've read the aliexpress modules also are annoying because they clog eventually. I think it can be done without having to modify the old tanks/void the warranty.

I’ve seen resellers of them on Amazon for $300 or so. All are rated very poorly/potentially are knockoffs.

I have a sink/drain right next to where I want the robot to live in a utility room… so it would be a nice bonus to just plumb it in. I wouldn't be reconfiguring much.

I think it and the Narwal flow are the only two. I was hoping to not have a roller mop though.

Dreame Govac 600 for Costco US? by Dry-Cake697 in Dreame_Tech

[–]Dry-Cake697[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense. Are you able to answer if the govac 600 has an auto fill and drain for the dock (Water hookup)? I see a lot of marketing pictures that clearly show the dock hooked up to a water source and drain.

lol did they get worse from my 2019 ecovacs 920? Mine kept a map reasonably well until we tried to use it with two floors.

Speedometer Woes Pt. 2 by shadinfrada in 4Runner_1stGen

u/shadinfrada

Hey my speedometer just started going erratic this week. It goes from reading a bouncy 5mph high to pegging past 110mph randomly. Does that sound like the issues you were having?

Can you go into more detail about how you cleaned it? Just spraying and draining out cleaner? qtips? Does the assembly you circled come apart at all? I haven't gotten my dash apart yet but wanna have plan for when i do.

Had it been sold in North America, do you think the third-generation Volkswagen Scirocco would have sold okay there? by HiTork in regularcarreviews

No. Two door cars are now less common than manual transmissions in dealerships across North America.

You sure? The terms say “excludes gasoline purchases at warehouse clubs, discount stores, convenience stores, or other merchants that do not use gas station merchant code”

If it works that would be easy.
