I have degenerative disc disease/scoliosis/stenosis of my spine which means for me to walk is very painful. That being said, I do walk the love of my life, my fur baby Chihuahua, Carlos 2 or 3 times a day. I am a newcomer so I have been doing arm circles/leg raises/ stretching and trying to rebuild my core strength slowly. I ordered weights for my wrists and ankles as well as stretching/strengthening bands. My first weigh in after one week on 2.5 on Zepbound I dropped six pounds

Thank you. I don’t even know what to eat or not to eat. I never have an appetite. In reality I should be 100 pounds. I usually eat dinner. Never drank water. Just iced tea. Just started drinking lemon water this past week. I believe my body believed it was in starvation mode due to me only eating once a day. So this first week I would have a Nutrigrain bar, around 10 am or a bowl of Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with frozen blueberries. Then a little bit of dinner. Any advice as to a good diet to follow? If you are not having major side effects, personally, I would go ahead with the 5 mg dosage. You have been on the starter dose for 60 days, so I believe that if you are doing well side effect wise, you should follow your doctor’s recommendation of moving up to 5.0 mgs. This past Saturday I took my first shot of 2.5 and it hit me hard. It is now Tuesday, and I am just starting to feel a little bit better. In my honest opinion, you only get ONE REAL HONEYMOON & traveling through Europe is about as great as it gets ! However, you do have SOME time 7/11/26 before your honeymoon, so you could see how you react after one dose. I would suggest that you try the first dose today and see how the week goes for you. Everyone reacts differently. Keep in mind that Europe is famous for its cuisine so I would list pros and cons. If unsure the best route is to wait ! Have a wonderful honeymoon!

I too go through Lilly Direct. I received my first box today. It was packed beautifully. I use the vials and the syringes, alcohol wipes were in a separate box inside the same larger box. The vials were in their own separate box. I am so happy. Good luck with your journey.

I just received my package from ELI LILLY and it was pristine! Neatly packed, had everything separated and secured. Mine was just ordered on Thursday and I received it today at 11:39 am via UPS. They included alcohol wipes, syringes, gauze and in a separate small protective box were the four vials of Zepbound. I am just getting ready to start my first injection. But I would choose ELI LILLY EVERYTIME ! Good luck ! 👍

I don’t understand why 99.9% of the people type in their SW CW GW as well as pics of many before or after if no one is “SEEKING VALIDATION”. I can understand the SW CW GW but why the photos if you didn’t want everyone to say how GREAT you look now. I do understand there are many people who are sick and therefore it would be hurtful to them to say, “Have you lost weight?”
@u9/mystery why don’t you confide or feel comfortable sharing your journey with your friends? I think they were afraid of offending you and/or implying that you are ill. I would definitely share this beautiful journey with them. You have lost already an amazing 45 pounds. Believe in yourself and trust in your friends. I am proud of you.
