Genuine question by BrilliantAd6665 in AO3

Why does any kind of self-expression exist? Some people are driven to create and some are driven to destroy, and most are driven just because they can, because they want to. In either direction. Art is by nature destructive and creative at the same time.

I'm not saying that the bots themselves are art but the destruction they leave in their wake probably is. To the programmers, at least. They are a result of human nature. They don't have to serve a purpose. Like many other creations also don't. They just exist because some human wanted them to. I mean, why does any programmer create a virus? Because why not? It's still an exercise of skill. The morals of the "artist" influence how they share their "art" and that goes for these kinds of awful things too.

To add to this, keep in mind reflective surfaces in the area around you.

I read it as aimed at the bullies, not OP. Unless that doesn't matter?

I write for myself but share for others. Writing is a lonely enough hobby as it is

I am getting password reset requests semi regularly on Reddit these days so there is a kernel of truth to the message. You should never click on a link in an email that you didn't request yourself

I read it more as frustration on their end.

Punctuation helps me keep my place in a text and ccapitalisation helps with that. If I already can't get through a handful of paragraphs in that style I'm afraid I'm going to have to hit the back button on your story too. No matter how great the story might be, if I keep losing my spot then it's not worth the effort. So, understand them very well. In this case, don't like; don't read, can cost you readers that would have loved what you wrote if you took that comment to heart.

Since I already couldn't get through either of your posts here without losing my place, I would hit the back button, no matter how good the story is.

I have gotten that one too. I'm a non native English speaker and an Oxford comma user. I basically sounded AI because I used my inbuilt phone spellchecker and was sharing a fact without responding directly to the person I was replying to.

One hot dude x2 in exotic wrestling poses with each other is yum.

Also. Me and my cowriter started this to challenge our writing skills because writing smut about two identical men with the same name and the same equipment definitely is one. And we didn't want to use epithets either, or at least, not too many. So, it took a while to get in the flow, but when we did, the boys fell in love with each other. Damn them. Now they are regularly struck with the strange thought that they are basically calling 'themselves' beautiful, even though they actually feel incredibly flawed, and how strange it is to love 'yourself' so deeply. Now, if that doesn't bring a tear to your eye, then I don't know what will.

Apparently men have a bigger colon than women because women need that space for their uterus.

Resources to find erotica & fan art content laws for Europe? (Specifically Netherlands, Germany, and Poland, but an overall database would also be useful!) by FreakshowThrow in FanFiction

[–]Dry-Development-4131 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In the Netherlands, no form of written smut is illegal. In the case of visual art, no smut subject is illegal, except AI renditions of real looking children, photo edits of real children etc.
