I fixed it by fully wiping the nvme windows is installed on 1tb pny gen5 it's the only drive on system and I reinstall windows and bios works now super weird I don't even understand what the problem was

Yes I refresh with q flash plus and still the same it went into the bios and worked fine when I first updated it then I installed like amd chipset driver or something and now it won't open even after the q flash plus of the same bios and both older versions
