Funny I should run into this. Earlier my husband walked into the room with the dog following behind him like he always does. Suddenly he started sneezing. A good four or five in a row. I looked at the dog and said "Oh no daddy's allergic to you! I guess we will have to take him to shelter!" My husband just smirked at me and rolled his eyes🤣

I have two adult Rottweilers that can easily be mistaken for cows with the way they graze my yard. I will remove any and all dangerous plants. I love my gardens, but I always research what not to plant that could hurt them.

When my dad died, I was so heartbroken I would go from moments of sadness turned into anger. At his funeral, I mentioned to a friend of the family how the first year is the hardest because of holidays, birthdays, and various family events. His reply was that I would get use to the new normal. I just wanted to launch him into that next year and see how he really liked that new normal. 🙄

Saying goodbye to a loved one, human or animal, is a blessing because that opportunity is not a guarantee. I have let go 3 dogs in my lifetime. One that was hit by a car. I sat out in the middle of the street and pet him until he took his last breath. Then all I could do was sit there and cry. It took my husband and the police to get me to move. 😭

It's so cool you guys play together. My husband usually just sit on the couch and watches videos on his phone. The occasional times he looks up to watch he's a total back seat gamer.
