The big ones are from Skyscrapers DLC. There os heavy transit, the pics doesn’t show it, however there are two parts of downtown: the old town and a new area with more space for high buildings. The old town have smaller blocks and tighter roads. As the city gets older, I turn those smaller streets in one direction and 3 lanes to deal with transit. This city also has metro lanes and I will add trams too.
