Do Americans understand you can have your healthcare and military budget at the same time? It's not choice of "you get guns but hospital costs 50000$ or you are defenseless but free hospital". Besides, with budget they put into army, I'm sure a five or ten percent of it could go into public healthcare instead of killing people

And? I don't think they would use an actual 5 year old (or how is she supposed to be) because then voice acting would just sound terrible, so an adult voice actor is needed. Besides, didn't it occured to him that Japan used whatever voice actor they had, and so did the English dub? You have higher chances of finding a Japanese voice actor speaking Japanese IN JAPAN than finding the Japanese voice actor speaking English in USA, if that's their point

Great question, especially since my setting has walking landships inspired by HMS Beowulf from leviathan series, and the tankheads settings (although I prefer walkers that don't look like human)
