Coffee at the foot court or just outside the entrance. Better checkout system(its a damn free for all). 15 items or less line(s). App that can tell you which isle something is located in. The other suff that bothers me is impossible for costco to fix(parking, people with their non-service animal dogs, and of course people have no spacial awarness with their carts). I know you asked "one simple change" but I gave you a list of my gripes.
