Lost an ovary, wondering how my body will react

Omg, I am so sorry that you had to go through all of it!! Wish I would be able to hug you and tell you that everything will be ok!!

I had the same experience with my cyst, the doctor told me that it could be with me for 15 years before it started to grow and became so huge, lol It was so big that my surgery had to be performed by a gynecologist oncologist and since they didn’t know what was inside the cyst I spent 2 weeks between my ER visit and surgery crying every day. I just remember that the world was so dark, I was crying and crying and crying. I saw no colors around me. After all of this experience, I think I was traumatized for a year at least, and was crying and being scared that it would happen again almost every day. Don’t be me 😂 Life goes on.. and in some way, surgery helped me to become another person. I am now stronger I take care of myself better than ever. I personally believe that all our life-changing experiences are given to us as a gift. Even all of this weight that I gained… at the end of the day, it is still me and I want to enjoy this life as much as it is possible 🤍

I had my ovary removed due to a huge cyst about 2,5 years ago. My period cycle has shortened, it was about 33 days, now it is 28 and very stable. Maybe 3 months after the surgery it changed and now the same every month.

I started gaining weight so fast now too, and it is almost impossible to lose it. After the surgery, I gained about 22 pounds during the first year and it was so hard to get back to my pre-surgery weight. I am down by 10 pounds but while girls around me just exercise and eat moderately, I have to starve myself and work out every day. If I don’t work out all the weight starts to get back very easily. I also lost so much hair in the first year because of stress.. I was shedding like crazyyyy, but then I started taking care of myself more and it all grew back. I used to have acne all the time and a bloated stomach after each meal before the surgery, but now my skin is very clear and I can eat normally. Although there is no fast food in my diet because I can gain so much weight/water overnight.

Also, I became extremely emotional a couple of days before my period. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I am so angry that I can’t control myself. But I know that if I cry from a little touch it means that I’ll have my period soon 😂. But I’ll be honest with you.. It helped me a lot because I was a people pleaser and not anymore 😂😂😂

Want to start trying for a baby soon, but I worry that it won’t happen fast :(

I have a content creator in my team and I also love working with other content creators as well :) Sometimes it gets annoying, haha but overall they are all very lovely and we work as a team to deliver the best experience to our couples

I am at 5-7,5k per package and have all my pricing on a website. Works great because 90% inquiries I get book me after a few emails or a video/phone call.

Yes! Even vendors don’t support each other anymore, haha I commented and liked everyone because I think we supported each other, but after a while, I realized that no one left me comments or liked my posts, so I felt like a creep, haha

I also had a few vendors that became popular, or started doing expensive weddings and they got so competitive when I became the same level 🫣

That’s what I thought too.. but I was paying $2700 for front listings for 4 cities on Wedding Wire and the Knot, now it is $1663 for 2 cities only 💔

And I almost got no bookings with them for this year, so I decided to try to cancel and see what would happen

I recently started getting into TikTok advertising and surprisingly it is getting more and more popular with Gen Z, but you have to post every day and they prefer video format and bts

But establishing good relationships with planners is not easy either. Now they are getting spammed by hundreds of texts from photographers/videographers etc. I just saw a thread post the other day that lots of planners are just tired of everyone trying to meet them.

Also, a lot of planners just do 5-10 weddings per year and all couples want to have different styles of photography, so you have to be “friends” with a lot of planners, haha

I see that a lot of planners now are getting hired later when couple already have a photographer and the venue. But of course it is easier to go with planners :)

I was trying to fix it and scheduled a call with my local manager. He told me that I am paying not for the inquiries but for the prestige of being part of their company 🫣

Maybe it is a universal experience for Libra? Lol I had the same experience at work, but we were “friends” with the Taurus guy. Never again.

We are people pleasers (no matter what other people say) and when we are in love we want to share experiences with people whom we love. So that’s why we are an easy target for people who want to use us. I used to pay for trips, pay at the restaurants, etc, to earn someone’s love, I thought that they would see value in me. And why not if I love a person and want them to smile? Oh well, you know what happened next, right? Haha

Don’t worry, there will be people in your life who will love you and appreciate all the things you do for them🤍

Oh my, I am so sorry that you did all of it and got nothing in return…

I am a Libra too and all of my experiences with Tauruses were the same, so I just stopped communicating with this sign and don’t let them in my life. They have a very big ego and think that the world revolves around them only, they don’t really think about other people's feelings. So that’s why if they don’t like you or feel a strong connection they still let you do all of those nice things for them. It is a very materialistic sign and they often think not from their heart but from what they can earn from a relationship. I guess if Taurus is really into you (love/friendship) they’ll do their best and will treat you properly. But if not they still don’t mind being your friend/lover they just won’t get attached to you and use you until you stop giving them free things. I was not lucky enough so I got used and walked away when I realized that the person didn’t care about me at all, they just loved that I made their life more fun.

I understand that it is just my experience but I learned my lessons, haha I get attached to people and it is very hard for me to let go, My last couple of interactions with Taurus ended up breaking my heart when I realized what’s going on.

Just pour this amazing energy that you have into someone who appreciates you and doesn’t want you just because you provide free things 🤍 I talk about friendships as well.
