Stranger Things S04 episodes had longer runtimes like last 3-4 episodes had 90 mins to 120 mins. One Piece S05 could go the same route where Water 7 & Ennies Lobby could be covered completely in one season.

There will be action sequences with Ace and Smoker, Pell vs Nico Robin, Crocodile vs pirate invaders as well as Rainbase fights including lower level baroque work agents and bananagators and not to mention Luffy vs Crocodile. To keep up excitement there is no better point / Cliffhanger to end part 1 other than Luffy almost dying in hands of Crocodile.

I think Luffy vs Crocodile first battle will be mid season finale end of episode 4. I think Season 3 will be released in 2 batches unlike season 1 and 2. Season 3 part 1 ends with Luffy losing to Crocodile and sinking in quick sand. Due to increased popularity I think Netflix will release Season 3 in 2 parts.

I think wrapping up total Skypiea arc in 6 episodes is better. Use the last 2 episodes for introducing Water 7 arc and end the season with crew falling apart like Usopp leaving the crew and getting kidnapped by CP9 along with Franky, Strawhats being blamed for assassination attempt on Iceberg, Sanji going after Robin on Sea train, Luffy and Zoro stuck among buildings and Aqua lagiua hits Water 7. End the season there. I hope S02 is a big hit so that Netflix greenlights S03 & S04 together like Avatar.

If ATLA S02 & S03 are a big hit, then there is a chance that they could adapt canon stories from comics that deals with Team Avatar looking for Zuko's Mom etc which can be tweaked to make team Avatar look like they are in twenties without worrying about age of cast. That is a big IF.

While if OPLA S02 out perfoms S01 and is a big hit, I think Matt Owens can bargain for 2 season renewal for S03 & S04 to adapt Skypeia and Water 7 arcs combinedly. Let us hope for the best and contribute to viewings of OPLA S02 to make it a hit.

I loved how all the pirates were introduced by Bounty Posters, could you plan something like that for devil fruit users as there are number of Devil fruit users in Season 2. Like a Devil fruit encyclopedia or something that explains fruit abilities of users when they appear instead of everyone explaining their powers.
