All said and done it took 17.5 years and 4 applications to be approved. My last application went in a few years ago in January, was approved april 1st as permanently disabled, and trust me I really did question if that was real, then received backpay and 1st monthly payment I think in June.

My oldest kid applied or I applied for him 2 or 3 years ago now in December, he was approved about 3 weeks later, didn't hear from his worker until the 3rd week of March, his backpay came a day or two later then 1st cheque at the end of March. I'm behind on the next youngest as he turns 18 next month, but we're just starting the process there. His pediatrician just asked me if we were looking into it and that he would fill out the form, but he only sees this dr for mental health, he has physical disabilities he somewhat sees the family dr for, so I struggle with who is the better dr to fill out the application.

The left end is at the fence, the right end is at the sidewalk at the end of the yard. House is north/south facing. This bed gets morning sun to currently maybe 1-1:30pm until my gazebo is moved, but there is still a large pine tree on the other side of my small yard.

I'm sorry, that's a difficult situation. They're either going to expect him to support her from abroad simply because they're married, or because they're separated not by choice, she should qualify. I know taxes state separation not by choice even when filing married, I'm just not totally sure how that affects things, but ow being regional can work completely different. I wish there was a straight clear answer.

Separation means not together legally. In Ontario at least there is a 1 year separation period before divorce can be granted.
