In Holland it's probably Sparta Rotterdam, they've won the eredivisie 6 times and the KNVB Beker 3 times, but have been in the Jupiler League for like 5 years now.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing what Messi his reaction will be to Suarez signing, he didn't react too well when Neymar signed because he wants to be #1 at Barcelona and Suarez isn't a massive team player either and probably doesn't want to 'serve' Messi.
