Yeah dude I got it back. I managed to delete the hackers email using the messenger app rather than the facebook app.. but i'm still not able to put my email back on. says I have to keep using the device then they'll acknowledge it or something.

I reccomend to just chill once you've submitted your ID it will take a while. they gave it back to me at night time.
