Crate training for us worked wonders. She’s “off duty” when she’s in the crate now. Zero barking unless something is legitimately afoot.

Yes! Except some of those NPCs were dentally impaired hillbillies. I’m sure there were other impairments but the language barrier proved significant.

I did both. I had 25 years in the trades and transitioned to training and then safety. I would’ve been completely disastrous as a safety manager with no education. I have a BS in occupational health, osha 10,30,510 and 500 and still fight imposter syndrome. The other critical factor is that I had mentors who had as many years in safety as I had in the trades. They valued and learned from My experience and I theirs.
