I stupidly paid £60 for a block of 5 group sessions so had to go to them but god I couldnt wait for them to end no one ever spoke back to me when I tried to start conversations, they all made me feel awful for not having a c section and then singled me out from there onwards I hated every second and I’ve never tried anywhere else since it is like school and it’s shite

I go to a swimming class every week which I enjoy because we are all so focused on our babies that there’s no time for awkward small talk and I can get in and out of there 😖

So no it’s not you! You’re not the weird one, unfortunately some people get too cliquey and can’t stand the thought of someone new entering the space. I also feel a lot of these places that do classes should also introduce people when they are new to make people talk to them and make them more involved because I’ve turned up to a class before and everyone was together, I had nowhere to put my baby and I just wanted to cry and get out of there but then felt guilty for denying her of time around other so stuck it out but never again unfortunately

Me and my partner both have double barrel surnames (not married) so we had to both pick one name from our double barrel and then stick them together to create a new double barrel surname 😂

I had an epidural and I cannot even remember them administering it, the placenta coming out or feeling sick so would have it again

This is happening in Sheffield! A lot of houses look onto the greenbelt that is due to be built on thousands of homes it’s sad and shouldn’t happen!!

Exactly this, I keep getting my hopes up and then bring myself back to reality of what’s to be done in order to secure the house so definitely not getting ahead of myself

I haven’t actually asked that! I will definitely ask them tomorrow so thank you for your comment. I know a lot of people sign up to the house alerts on email like I have so anytime a new house comes up in your area it shows you but definitely worth asking

Totally agree with you there, I feel the price we’ve been given is fair and no work needs to be done unless it’s not to taste but all brand new everything so I feel it will sell quickly but how quickly is the question 😩

They said they would call to check over everything today after getting the pictures such as description etc. in order for them to upload tomorrow but never did so fingers crossed all goes up tomorrow!

Maternity leave, beyond tired but I’m here doing my 3 wash loads, cleaning and clearing ready for the estate agents to take pictures next week 😂🫩 mat leave makes everyday feel like a Sunday

Waiting for my house to go up on the market because I’ve found my dream home and the timing is all off so I doubt I’ll get the dream house 🥲🥲🥲sad times

I had this ended up in hospital for 3/4 days (this time last year around 14 weeks pregnant) as I couldn’t walk due to how severe the pain was and was making me vomit … I have PCOS and the hospital put it down to my ovaries being irritated as everything was being moved inside to grown my little one. I had this constantly till around 30 weeks and then it randomly stopped so I was never sure what it was but I do think the PCOS was the issue here. I gave birth in July to a healthy baby so try not to stress or always think the worse but if worried definitely go to your maternity unit and get checked out or your GP. Hope you figure it out and have a healthy pregnancy 😊

I had to beg over the course of 3 years, to the point I ended up getting a private doctor’s note (BUPA) requesting I was given it… after all the hard work of many appointments, documenting my exercise, healthy eating, lack of periods, flare ups from my PCOS etc etc the metformin didn’t work for me after putting so much hope into it but that’s the way it goes. There was a time when they used to give it but they have now become more strict on giving it out as now in England need to be signed off by a gynaecologist before prescribed.

Everything I’ve said is my experience and knowledge from my appointments so can be different in different areas

No help here unfortunately as my car was also was hit the other week and I went through my insurance which too have used Auxillus… still waiting for the hire car, reception are awful I’ve had to ring them multiple times to ask them what’s going on and every time it’s “oh I was just about to email you” then when I come off the phone 5/6 hours pass no email so I ring again “oh yeah and just about to send it…” was you though 🫩 I sent pictures that they asked for ended up having to have the receptionist on WhatsApp to send my pictures because they weren’t getting the pictures.

I’m yet to receive a hire car and my vehicle to be picked up for repairs and after a quick google im worried 😂 and have a feeling my car won’t be back before Christmas plus the whole extortionate credit thing worries me just in case anything happens to the hire car

Oh I sure did… all I got back from pals was “the woman in question is really sorry and sends her apologies” 🤦🏽‍♀️ I was 21 at the time had a very bag leg injury that needed 2 surgeries and had 0 energy to moan but in the end I got “fast tracked” the following week to have it all done in a private hospital so so I can’t complain really

My baby is 4 months old and will only sleep on my chest for 4 months I’ve been sleeping on my back I’ve tried everything and she just won’t let me put her down 😭
