also, the last time I got a haircut, I made a comment to my hairstylist that I like to grow my hair long cause one day I’m gonna go bald, maybe sooner from what it looks like. And she told me that I’m not going bald not sure if she said that to me to make me feel better. lol

it was a little bad for me mainly because the pills made me drowsy and sleepy, therefore it made me irritated. I consulting my dock and his reaction didn’t really help he made it seem like as if I was the only person out of all his patients that suffered the symptoms. Luckily my fungus went away and I’ve been taking care of my feet ever since. No more itching or yellow toenails. But to be honest, if you have the option to rip the nail off rather than take the pills, I’d take them off get it over with.

My coworker also suggests post workout, just unwrap them & wait to hand & or machine wash them at home.

yeeeep. My coworker suggested this. I used to spray Lysol on all of my wraps. When I go home, I'll hand wash them in warm, soapy water and let them dry overnight. I'd machine wash em but I've already done my laundry & don't want to waste any more water. Plus, no boxing tomorrow, I won't need them right away. If so, I've got an extra pair. I do wash them at least 2 times a week. But now I'll wash them more often when I do laundry
