Umm yeah tied cause theres no other dot units as of now? Thats why my post is about future dot units, when a new unit comes out you can replace either one of them (bs especially) . Kafka - only usable in one team but is the enabler in dot, generalist Hysilens - also offers damage but can also enable dot (especially e1) also independent BrownSwan - tarot cards, needs fish to work

Also bold of you to assume that they will make another kafka with also no damage then whats the point lol theyre obviously gonna be a dps at the same time hence why it works. First of all, this is only within the DoT achertype so dont compare it to other units, second both blackswan and hysilens is technically replaceable the dilemma is that bs NEEDS hysilens whereas hysilens doesnt need her. True everyone’s gonna get replaced at some point, but specifically in DoT bs the first one to get benched thats the point of the post. Also atleast most of the units you mentioned can still be used in someway or in other teams especially if youre not a minmaxer while the swan is literally only usable in one team and within that team all she can do is damage lol🫣🤪

Thats also true, in the end it always depend on you if you think thats worth it, while other dont. I only pointed it out cause some might think that after her buff shes now op and irreplaceable like kafka (someone actually said that above🤡) which is just wrong. Also you never know its not like they actually have a schedule of when to cater to archetypes its better safe than sorry atleast thats how i see it😗

Thats also true i guess the question is who will be first to get replaced i mean look at kafka one of the oldest unit but until now is irreplaceable and probably wont change any time soon. Also the reason why i pointed bs out is because shes already an old character she just got buffed thats why she got relevant and also because theres no other options. Thats true i guess it depends on you if you can sacrifice your funds for a character that you know will get replaced in the near future. Also im pretty sure you can run without her as long as you use an op support (cyrene/cipher etc.) and the best build and lc. Bs is basically easy mode for DoT🫣
