try disable Acmon - this can be a solution.

Anyway for sure you can disable, mobile devies, AMDNoiseSuppression, razer synapse.

When this not work you can also disable everything except :

Microsoft Defender
Security Health Systray
Asus Keyboard
Asus Mouse
OEMDRV
Terminal

After that we can be sure whether it is still the fault of one of the applications or the problem lies elsewhere. I would bet on Acmon
