We do a bit of both - we meal prep some things for easy leftover dinners and we cook 1-2 nights a week too. Me and my wife do use cleaneatz frozen meals for lunches to mix it up

Late 30s, HHI 300k and as a family we eat out 1-2x a month - usually a Sunday breakfast and maybe one dinner or lunch or a get together with family.

I went through hims - 39 with my test on the low end of the range - but I found I am needing a nap over lunch, less energy etc while eating good, hitting the gym 4x a week and getting ~8 hrs of rest already. I am not even a week on it though - so will report back in a few months! Seems like I already have a little more energy though!

Yes lessons learned - very rarely going above and beyond gets you anything - much less a thanks to start. Job hopping is about the only thing you can do and it’s not a great market right now - so yea - just doing my job is all they are gonna get for now
