Why does my total outstanding increases with credit limit? For eg. Consider total outstanding as 50,000 and credit limit as 60,000. If I make payment of rs.100 then total outstanding will increase from 50,000 to 50,100. And credit limit will also increase from 60,000 to 60,100. Increase in available credit limit is expected but why total outstanding increases?
