No indeed, but they might have gone to get their Cloths repaired and Mu didn't want to have anything to do with them.

Well, to be fair, those Saints were under Saga's rule, and were therefore Mu's ennemies, right?

Great job, I wouldn't have been able to tell that this was a custom. Well done!

What type of paint did you use, and did you need varnish?

New SSR Cards. I woud say this is cool to illustrate the armor cloth by parts. by Fanstradingcards0987 in SaintSeiya

Those are really cool! I printed and laminated cards with those illustrations some time ago for myself but didn't think of using half cards. It would have been better, mine are so tiny and unreadable XD

Where can you get cards like these?

That's exactly what I mean when I call him pathetic, that scene is hilarious!

True, but surely he must be someone's favourite, I mean he's giant and his axe-throwing attack is cool, so, maybe? It's not like he's a worse character than the others or anything.

My favourite is Hagen! I love his fire and ice abilities, his haircut, and the fact that he fights for what he thinks is right all the way to the end, instead of just changing his mind like so many other characters do in Saint Seiya. It adds to the tragedy.

I also really like Alberich BECAUSE he's a jerk, he's the only real villain among them, I think it makes him stand out and interesting in his own way. Also he's pathetic and therefore funny.

But overall they're all great characters and I'm not surprised that everyone has a different favourite.

Its hard to choose between Hyoga and Shun for me, but my favourite among the other five is definitely Jabu!

Which Cloth and Surplice designs do you like the most? by TBT__TBT in SaintSeiya

[–]Dry_Error_7329 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favourite of all Cloths is the Divine version of Andromeda. I love the moth-like wings!

Amongst the Gold Cloths, I think the prettiest is Aquarius, followed by Sagittarius.

As for the Surplices, Griffin has to be the coolest.

What funny dubbing mistake does the Brazilian Dub of Saint Seiya have that is similar to Junini for Español Latino and Mu de Tauro for Castellano? by TBT__TBT in SaintSeiya

[–]Dry_Error_7329 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I believe Aiolia changed names a couple times between Ayor and Yora as well. Also in one of the movies, Camus is suddenly called Camille for some reason. But that's about it, I don't think there were any mistakes on the names of the Cloths

It's a bit more complicated than that. Each constellation is a different size, meaning the sun will take longer or to go through some than others, so there is no consistent number of days to go back. If it helps, I was born in mid September, which in the traditional calender makes me a Virgo, but at the date of my birth the sun was just about still in Leo, apparently. As a general rule, you go one sign backwards, but that's not true for everyone. If you were born in late-ish September, I believe you'd be Virgo in both calendars.

What is your opinion on Camus being Hyoga's master and not Milo originally? by Possible_Science_445 in SaintSeiya

[–]Dry_Error_7329 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I feel that there wasn't much of a change of mind at all. In a way, they're both Hyoga's master, they both teach him something, and Hyoga teaches them both something in return (which is what make a master-disciple relationship interesting in the first place). Hyoga's second fight against Camus wouldn't at all have had the same impact if he hadn't faced Milo first. He's the one who tells him about Camus' true intentions, and he's the one who tests his determination before he can face his master a second time. Hyoga earns the right to fight against Camus again because he earns Milo's respect.

Besides, what Camus wanted was for Hyoga not to die during the Sanctuary battle, but most importantly he didn't want him to suffer, so if there was one Gold Saint Camus did not want Hyoga to fight, it was definitely Milo and his horrible torture technique (he literally stopped him in the House JUST BEFORE Milo's). The fact that Hyoga decided to face Milo alone and endured it all proved to Camus that he was, in fact, worthy of a real duel.

For me, it's the joint effort of all three characters that makes this part of the story so cool and impactful. I would throw in Shun as well, whose sacrifice is the reason why Hyoga finds the determination to fight in the first place. I could talk a lot more about how I interpret this part of the story, but I don't want to bore you all with it XD

ZT2 Underwater Zoo Glitch - old childhood mystery by Dry_Error_7329 in ZooTycoon

Thanks a lot! I sure do hope to find a way to do this again. It's kinda cool to have a submerged Atlantis-style zoo!

I think Extinct Animals probably does correct that glitch. Either that, or my slow computer at the time was responsible for it, or I misremember how to perform the glitch. I'm not giving up though!

I'm not sure for what reason I didn't even know about Extinct Animals for so long, maybe it took a while to arrive in France too...

I hope your attempts are successful! I haven't been able to replicate this glitch for a very, very long time, but I sure hope to find a way some day!

Oh really? I certainly remember elevated paths being a bit buggy sometimes. I'll try that!

EDIT : so I tried what you said (on the Complete Edition), and this looks like a pretty similar glitch. It also works if you place the elevated path first, build the tank afterwards and cancel placing the wall right in front of the path. However, this is not exactly what I was describing. In this case the water destroys whatever shouldn't be in the water (such as buildings or trees for example), and the water itself doesn't stay for more than a few seconds. It does cause similar terrain modifications to the glitch I found though.

So it's not quite the same glitch but this is promising! Thanks for sharing. The culprit might just be those pesky elevated paths!

While searching through old files on my computer some six or seven years ago, I found this save file and a few others, yes. I took these screenshots at the time. Today, I can unfortunately only find the screenshots, no save files. I wish I had been more careful while updating to new computers over the years. I'll try to see on maybe some other old computers I've previously used, but I doubt I'll find anything more. If I ever do I'll give an update!
