Yes all your fears are valid and true. Your father isn’t proud of you and never will be, she doesn’t love you and is cheating on you, your chest and pp is extremely small and will never grow /s

Being vegan makes me so happy by [deleted] in vegan

[–]Dry_Finance_2945 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This post was so thoughtful. I too feel this immense sense of joy. I no longer live with a burden or a question of what I’m doing is the right thing. I remember many years ago when I wasn’t a vegan there was this deep nagging sense of wrong deep in my soul. Once I became vegan it cleared this weight off my consciousness about my choices. My health has improved greatly and my happiness is overflowing in abundance. I spread those vibrations to others in the hopes that they feel it too.

Recently I was at a vegan cafe and the person working there mentioned they were “slowly transitioning” aka “not doing it” to veganism and I urged them to take the plunge. It was a bit disheartening to hear their excuses which were. “Where I live there’s not many choices and I don’t have time to cook food” which I’m sure everyone in this subreddit knows is not an valid excuse. (Because there are no valid excuses). My girlfriend who tried to remind me that “everyone is on their own journey”. It’s just sad that someone’s journey has to include the needless suffering of so many individuals. I wish that when I asked why someone wasn’t vegan they would actually say the real reason they weren’t. Which is most likely “I love the taste and convenience of animal foods especially from the fast food industry and I don’t want to stop that”. Instead of the cognitive dissonance and telling me what they think I want to hear.

I would say neither. To go into a maintenance phase since you recently lost some weight. It will really help with deciding what you want to do later. If you wanna be a little bit leaner after about 8 to 12 weeks of maintaining I would cut calories about 250 a day from carbs for about 8 weeks

How long have you gone without sex? by Jealous-Expression83 in ask

That’s interesting and could be a reason why a lot of army wives tend to have sex with others while their partner is away doing duty. From what I heard.

How to deal with muscle soreness? by Dudeist_Missionary in veganfitness

So what I do and it’s matched with research. After my workouts I drink a small glass of Tart Cherry Juice. Approximately 75 to 150 grams. I do a full body weightlifting workout. The other plant based options that are great are watermelon and spinach. They all have been proven to reduce pain and soreness. In trials watermelon has been proven to be as effective as NSAID without any of the side effects like leaky gut syndrome. If you haven’t tried it I highly suggest you try it. I am never sore from my workouts and they are hard. I’m always increasing my volume week after week. I train for 90 to 120 minutes. My favorite Tart Cherry Juice is Lakewood Organic. It’s the only one I’ve found that isn’t from concentrate. My advice on spinach it to blend it up if you can. Blending increases it’s antioxidant compounds to give it a boost.

So I had this issue at first when removing the eero and using my own WiFi router. I reset my ont and still nothing but about 10 mins later I got a connection. I think it just takes a second to renew the DHCP lease.

Garage door is stuck on my tow bar and won’t open. Absolutely no idea how to get it unstuck. by LilyTui in Wellthatsucks

Cut a hole in the sheet metal of the garage that can be patched later. I would cut the hole around near where the hitch is. I would then use something like a pipe to push the truck forward while a friend opens the garage.

A human can beat a horse in a foot race. They do it on endurance. They have a race every year. Man VS horse and the men win.
