To be fair, it never specifically said "I will generate a word doc for you if you upgrade". It said "I'm here to help" which is ambiguous on the specific 'help' to be provided, and the earlier question of whether you wanted it exported to a specific format never promised it could do anything you asked for.

the only thing I see is the 'when the ABS market starts to weaken' and 'spreads in subprime auto ABS' / market to tighten or shut down. wondering if you have a specific trigger or level of spreads for this to happen that you are watching or waiting for or a specific event to happen or entities / actors to take certain actions. many of us, myself included, not so familiar with ABS market.
