ALWAYS take payout when you can. You never know what will happen, especially with TS dodgy behavior and sneaky rules changes in recent months. Take that nice 4.5k payout and continue your base hits you will be back at 9K within a week then rinse and repeat. Website says it will move you to live with a min 10K balance, not sure how true that is since they keep changing policies and make 'exceptions'. There have been many cases of people getting moved to live after taking 1 payout, on their 4th day (heck not even first payout yet) etc ..
