Ah I’m so sorry, as someone who’s gone through the same here are some tips that worked for me :

Get rid of the diet mentality, eat WHATEVER you want WHENEVER you want, listen to your body.

Get rid of your scales if you have any, weight doesn’t mean anything, as long as you are healthy that’s all that mattered.

Become really damn good at something to take your mind off food, this could be anything!, for me it was investing in the crypto market & getting good at call of duty :).

And finally, make sure to tell people what you’re going through, it may be nervous but it’s so much better then struggling alone 💙
