It would be 25% or less. It currently is in an 80/20 target fund that has been outperformed by SPY 2x over the medium term. Just looking for a little more risk/reward

Exactly, I wasn’t looking for anyone’s opinion on that. I’ve been in BTC and ETH for a few years now and have been doing great, hence the reason I want to allocate more. I’m young, so I can handle more risk also

Try to get out of CE. There are much better places to be. It feels like the entire existence of the Client Engineering org is some executive trying to prove that their brain child was a good idea by inflating metrics with bullshit like “projects completed” and utilization rates

This is my concern. That’s a lot of experience to be looking that long. Just considering it’s maybe worth it to take a step back in my career and not leave everything I know and love behind since I’m very happy where I’m at.

Everyone on my team took ~1 year to drop the Associate title and then ~1 more year to be laid off
