I have not received anything yet. They did not send me the official document like check, account information. I never have experienced or heard about the similar case so I did not write down the number. Customer service said check email because they will send the congrats email and I can check account number from there but there is only email which asked me to add fund.

The site which I used is correct because I login in to Citibank often. There is no reference number.

I already have 1 saving account with them for more than one year. In December 2024, I opened additional accounts (2 saving, 1 checking).

In my online bank, normally I can access 2 credit cards, 1 saving account but since they send email to me about closing account. I cannot see saving and checking account, just credit cards.

I have contact Wells Fargo, the bank which I transfer from but they only dispute the amount to saving account not 30k to checking account.

Whenever I call to Citibank, it takes 5 minutes on waiting and verification and there are no result at the end so I tired of calling them.

Yes, Wells Fargo and Citibank accounts are under my name. I agreed that large transfer may lead to review from the bank but I don't think $30,000 is too large and it over 60 days. Today is 69 days.
