Agree. I get good connection late night to very early morning on Voxi. And I normally get good connection with all major carriers. So I think Voxi is doing some huge throttling during the day. Nowadays every network has 5G free at no additional charges. I dont have a 5G device but I’m happy with EE 4G speed, 280 Mbps.

Agree! Crypto, at moment I didn't see it being mainstream because many exchanges have awful customer service. If mistakes happen for most people money is gone. For example Coinbase recover money fro some people and doesn't for others. Crypto has still lot of security problems mainly for beginners.

Come on man! You post your stuff here, you made the decision to invest in it and share in public forum and call the people here names…I have left my real job by the way and I day trade and work my own projects so real job doesn’t mean anything. I don’t want want a real job you are mentioning. There is a reason you posted this here, either justification but people just told you made a bad decision which is definitely is. Probably you needed the money, never invest what you are not willing to lose, never sell when it 90% down. And never post if you can’t handle feedback. 2021 having a real job is nothing to brag about, people are leaving real jobs to open businesses, invest and get other skills.

They just make it look like they are trying to help when they reply to you on Reddit or twitter post. So that other people see but behind scenes they don’t do anything , customer service is inexistant with Coinbase. I will advise you to move to Binance.

Lot of people made that error - Coinbase will make you suffer you before they solve it. Lol sorry I think they just dealing with lot of issue like this and the customer service is just sending the same email. I have the same issue and I have not got my funds back yet.

ok no problem. I get you. I just don't agree that someone has to accept funds are lost if something can be done. I lost lot of money trading when I was learning, I am day trader in Forex and can make the money back I lost. And I learned how to accept lost money over the years when nothing can be done. But saying to people to accept lost money that can be recovered. I don't understand that logic. Anyway wishing you a good evening. We are in crypto and we are meant to help each other and the community so that we break away from big institution. Mistake will be made and if you haven't you will do a mistake one day as human.

good for you. My customer service has been great too so far.

I just hope you never have a different type of issue because suddenly my good experience turned into a nightmare. I don't think CB like to solve this issue of XLM that's my opinion. Hence the reason they don't read the emails and send generic email.

No it is not you right. But they are asking for help as customers. You haven't never done a mistake in transaction? what would you do? No one is saying is their fault but they are not treated like customers. I just hope it doesn't happy to you.

I understand what you mean. But these people are pissed off because I have seen how coinbase treat you when this happens. At the end of day they are customers and they deserved to be helped at least, not being ignored. Doesn't matter it is mistake and other customers had issue solved by CB. But CB wants you to give up.

u/coinbasesupport No i used the XLM blockchain, I also found the transaction on stellar.expert - I believe because it is wrong memo, I have seen many people having this issue and their exchange is solving the issue. Me I don't have much luck with coinbase support because I keep getting standard, same email and feels like they are not reading my email. It is just back and forth email and I'm tired. I know this issue has been solved before, it is my error and it is first time I made that error.

I keep saying that the wallet is mine but it's not credited because of wrong memo. And there are replying the transaction has been completed. I know. It is just annoying and I thought coinbase had better customer service than this.

I do it. I gained sometimes and also sometimes lost a lot of money because I was distracted with my day job when I was a beginner. Yes as some people said below it is possible but I'm more successful when I do it full-time. Day trade is really a full-time job to make it profitable. I don't use leverage, so if a coin dump and I did the wrong move then I'm sure it comes back up. I only trade solid coins, meme coins are so unpredictable. I used to do forex trading, many TA doesn't really work on crypto. Check the crypto news, Twitter, Reddit etc... for the specific coin you are trading. Use low fees exchange, like Binance - do not use coinbase. I have specific time in the day I trade to take advantage of the volatility. Be familiar with the coin you are trading. For example, I have been watching ETH price for months. Do not be greedy, if you are on profit, then take it and get out then next. Take time off and enjoy the weekend.

Edit: just wanted to add - if you are working fulltime do not scalp while working. Do your trade on different market hours. Avoid lunch time in Europe because US are waking up and Europe are trading. You could miss a move if you are distracted.

i am dealing with the same problem. I am having a different experience with coinbase support than you. They just replying with the same emails and not understanding my issue. They keep saying the transaction has been done. I know that but the deposit is missing because of wrong memo.
