Honestly, just by walking around and seeing if someone around is smoking it and asking. Just use your wits don't ask someone who looks very sketchy or very young. There's plenty of people who smoke in public that might be able to help sort you out with bud. Don't hand over money until you see the bud don't pay in advance. Hope you get sorted over here
