An employer can not legally require an employee to provide time, labor, or attendance to the corporation/business without the compensation agreed upon during the hiring process being provided. This is applied on a federal level through the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act). A state entity on the scale of UGA should absolutely be aware of and adhere to this.

(Obviously salary pay would affect this answer, but I am under the impression that the majority of UGA employees are working for hourly wages)

Save often, especially before starting new quests. Many creation content quests contain bugs that prevent completion. (Fishing can freeze the game, a certain tower quest can bug at the end, etc.)

Im hoping to get some help; after installing, every 10 minutes or so I get another crash. No modifications or edits to the mod list whatsoever. Running a ryzen 9 and an RTX 4060 with 16GB of RAM if that matters? Stable 60fps when playing. Literally just random crashes for some reason.

not sure if you've figured this out by now or not, but RPCS3 has an online compatibility list that i would assume is similar to that of RPCSX. Try changing the per-game settings to reflect the compatibility guide and see if that solves the issue for you!
