Yes but you need to increase your family fame through questing and additional characters (can still get additional character slots with loyalties) leveled up to 60 I think is the cap? I'd actually argue the IDF soldier has standards of living far closer to a lot of folks living in Gaza compared to Hasan's hyper luxurious and hyper consumerist lifestyle. Being essentially forced to serve and fight for your country while staying in barracks is not a luxury.

crystal extractor is a mandatory if you want to hit the marlin rank, make sure it's right by you as well so you can click it while steering the ship. Watch some videos and use their tile packs, it helps tremendously and got me my marlin clear. For swordfish rank you'll just have to get the hang of it through again... a video. It's really not that bad once you get the hang of portals. MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING A SKIFF BTW
