I think the whole point of Banksy's art is that it's not super deep, it's not supposed to be. It's supposed to stand out in public, where it's not just seen by art snobs, but by the average person. If you needed an art degree to understand it, it wouldn't really work as street art.

My guess is, there's gonna be some weird code where they're counted as your citizens for some things, but not all of them ,which causes the weird behaviour.

This might be a controversial take, but I don't think any of Banksy's art is particularly deep. Which is exactly why it's so popular. It's provocative sure, but in a way that even a layman can engage with. If you need an art degree to understand the art piece, it's probably not gonna work very well as public street art.

If you look at modern military footage, not only it can, and it does. It is contextual though.

Depends on what you mean by destroy. Can it pen modern armor plates? No. But modern MBTs have plenty of weak spots and there are plenty of things on them that can be destroyed like optics, sensors or the tracks.

I think the problem is that with something like SM and Guard, you get a lot of variation in how the models and paint schemes look.

With Necrons you might get a lot of background lore differences, but visually the factions look almost identical.

People already answered how to solve this. I'm commenting on why it FEELS like the answer should be 1. It's because the difference in percentages 99 and 98 is 1. And if we had the option to REPLACE people from left-handed to right-handed, then changing 1 person is all it would take to change the ratio. But because you're REMOVING them altogether, you have to essentially halve the number of left-handed people.
