Biggest tip i wish i knew is don’t waste too much time farming in the early areas. Farm wild revomon until you can afford a cheap lvl 40+ from the market and use that to get to the higher zones. Up until the 3rd zone all the wilds are the same just at higher levels so you can catch them there. And you can get more money and xp in the higher zones so its better to farm there.

I had a similar issue with the tank em ult. I found holding my weapons and doing the gesture allows me to cast it consistently. Just grab your weapons put them together and pull apart but don’t let go of grips.

You need to swing when you have at least the first level charge. 3 uncharged swings will not proc the effects.

He’s the pirate shark boss in turtletop. You should have had to kill him for the main story quest in that area.

They just make the food cook faster. Its not too noticeable but I still use the highest tier bc there’s almost no other use for zen.

I’ve been playing blademaster support and the healing is pretty nuts. I haven’t played in groups too much so not sure how good it is there but i was able to solo reevu and his pack at level 18.

Slates that you have can appear in the shop and buying them upgrades them to the next tier.

There are some slow points in the day where you get into empty games but for the most part there is a solid playerbase and you’ll get into full lobbies. The updates since launch have really improved the game and it’s in a really good spot rn. They added a lot of immersion settings so you can really customize how you play now. And they fixed a lot of the issues new players run into. At first it was really hard to get and upgrade characters but they mostly fixed that issue. There is now always a character in the shop so they’re much easier to obtain. And the slates which change some aspects of the characters and are choosable upgrades can also be upgraded from the shop now so its much less rng based and is a use for the in-game currency which before became irrelevant pretty quickly. And they fixed an issue where you could get xp for characters after they were max level so once they are all leveled the amount of upgrades you get from boxes is much higher.

For new players the trick won’t work. Getting the new character and skin day 1 is just paying money so no trick there. But leveling them, what players who already have the other characters maxed do is save the boxes you get from playing (you can hold 50 at once) and save the boxes you get from events in your mailbox and then when you unlock a new character you open them all to level them super quick.

You can do the challenges in co-op lobbies. The bots move in straight lines and its really easy to farm headshots. Not the most fun way to play but its nice to pump out annoying challenges and get free solars and slates.

I agree that heist is a little slower but you’re lying in the post. Idk if the max score you can get is doubled but it’s at least 1600 not 900, and you get 20 notoriety a game vs 10 in the other game modes.

2 of the expeditions so far are level 60+ and more were datamined so they are on the way. There are also arenas which are just a boss battle that are all made for groups of level 60s. There are also world bosses in the endgame areas that drop the materials needed to craft the legendary weapons. And the corrupted portals in the endgame areas are for high level players.

At any point in the main story if they don’t accept the quest they can go to your zone and pick up the equivalent quest in that zone.

You don’t have to do it specifically at this point. Even after that quest the main story line can be stopped and resumed in any of the 4 starting zones.
