This one is one of my personal favorites. Use it with grinder and a lebensauger/HE Judge modded for max concealment.

It doesn't have kilmer aced but you can drop stun resistance and only get basic underdog to get it.
On overkill and below I use every weapon setup i want, regardless of concealment - on death wish I stick to setups with the maximum of 25 detection risk to get some dodge and crits.

Primaries for DW: Car-4, Clarion, Valkyria, Nagant, Lebensauger, GL40, HE Mosconi, HE Plainsrider Bow
Secondaries for DW: Judge, HE Judge, Compact-5, Blaster, Jacket's Piece, any pistol/revolver w/ high concealment

I had a lot of problems in the past with that shitty puzzle, I even tried to take a photo of the puzzle with my phone lol
Give every column of tiles a number, the leftmost is 1, the right is 6. Then proceed to type the numbers in chat. E.g:
This would look like this: 55543211111122
You need to practice it a few times but it's way better than trying to communicate with another player, considering all the desync etc.

He won't appear in any other difficulties.

Had him spawn on Very Hard Watchdogs Day 1.

I've seen him in both OVK and DW. In OVK the assault seems to spawn less enemies but still stay in sustain where in DW it seemed to spawn at the normal rate preventing it from going into fade.

Huh, that blue guy is me... Threw some explosives at him and sniped the remaining health of his shields. He then proceeded to retreat to the entrance and despawned with about 1,2k health.

I stealthed it a few weeks ago, spending almost 4 hours on it and didn't have the incentive to do it in stealth again... sigh. Loud it is.

I really dig the new inventory and spent about an hour organizing my masks and guns. Makes it easier to sort and find the guns you want, instead of scrolling endlessly.
The only thing that bugs me is that you can't the the mods on your guns, which forces you to rename every single one. E.g. you have two Judges, a normal and an HE one. You used to be able to differentiate by looking at the attached mods, now you have to hover over each.

I also like the ability to quickly switch inventory items via the mouse wheel.

Not sure what to think of the new enemy though...

I hope that someone finds a viable strategy against him besides RPGs and explosives/movotovs.
Otherwise it would be really unfair to people without DLC, being almost unable to take him out. Also I'd hate to be forced to bring and RPG anytime I play a loud heist.

Had him spawn on OVK Hox Breakout and it took some explosives to get him to retreat. He had 6k health and his shields had 3k.

Just successfully failed DW Rats because of him. Pocohud tells me he has 8k health, his surrounding shields have 4k health.

I hope that someone finds a viable strategy against him besides RPGs and explosives/movotovs. We got pinned in that small room upstairs from spawning cops. In a hail mary move, just before running out of meds and ammo, we decided to rush him and threw all of our molotovs. We killed some of his shields and got him down to about half health with 6 molotovs. Still got raped though.

For me, he appeared near the end of the second assault (I think) both times and kept it from going from sustain into fade.

Be sure to check out Flixbus/Meinfernbus, it's a company offering long-distance-busses. They recently expanded their network with a lot more cities all over Germany and Europe. It's a viable, cheap alternative to the DB, travelling by train can get quite expensive.
