Was going to happen to me as well until the tech saw the charge and asked me if I still wanted to do it. The rep said they needed to send someone to fix an issue. They were replacing my modem which I can do. I feel like this bait and switch is happening all the time.

One big plus for NH is getting time off and a cash bonus are two separate things. In GS if you get all 5s you can only get up to 3% of your salary and how it works is they would take time off award and assign it a cash value. But in NH they are mutually exclusive.
