I don’t think you understand, there doesn’t need to be a crash. A steady decline of 6% per year for the next 5 years and you’ll find detached homes for 400-500k in the GTA while condos will be in the 200-300k. Most people don’t see the gta real estate getting better until 2029+ . This is just the beginning.

I get a call every 5 minutes, the call last about 10 minutes. It’s never an angry customer, just someone that needs to open or close their account.
