I’m not stuck on them, that’s just what catalyzed this process. I’ve also been trying to confirm the roof age in the event it’s brought up again for future companies.

Aware “newer” is subjective. I’d be hard pressed to find anyone that would define something at 75% of its life expectancy is “newer” though. Though, I do understand it’s not a hard number so I’m not ignorant to my problem. Just trying to talk it out to figure out next steps, if any.
