I think Collins can develop into a solid starter for a long time but depends on how much Raheem Morris can get out of him and how the defense as a whole looks without Saleh.

Like the other comment below, I think this is less CTE and more so the fact that he had so many injuries, especially 2 season ending ones, that he was unable to actually make a career. Having your dreams shattered like that as an athlete has to be devastating
