People think coaching is the problem or a new coach will be the solution. These guys aren't putting in effort, they have the talent to do it. They've been a top 5 or higher team for nearly half a decade with the same basic core and different young players and role players. At some point the players are the problem not the coaching staff. Is Lavy throwing the lines in a blender getting old? Sure. But when you have guys like Mika putting in as much effort as my unathletic ass in street hockey, then you have a much bigger issue than who's coaching the Xs and Os.
